Under American Asylum laws, a person need to file an asylum application within one year of entering into U.S. otherwise it falls under exceptions and USCIS can reject your asylum application on the basis of late Filling.
But our Team worked hard to make it possible for one of our client to get his asylum application approved even it was being filed after more than 2 years.
