Court marriage procedure in Pakistan is very simple as you just need to fulfill the following legal requirements:
Age: Legal age of both male and female partners should be 18 years.
Free Will: Consent of male or female in Nikah should be free consent without any pressure, coercion or threat.
If you fulfill the above requirements of court marriage then you are eligible to perform marriage. You are required to appoint an Advocate who will prepare your legal documents for you which will save you against all the legal consequences and NIKAH will be performed by a Registered NikahKhawan / Qazi.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR COURT MARRIAGE
Following documents required for Court Marriage:
CNIC or “B” Form or Matriculation Certificate of any Board, or Passport, etc. to prove that you are above 18 years of age.
Two Witnesses (if available)
Six passport size photos
Free Will Affidavit of the bride (We will draft it and get it registered with a Magistrate)
In case of second marriage of bride, the valid Divorce Certificate must be provided.
In case of a widow, she must provide Death Certificate of her deceased husband.
WHAT DOCUMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE AFTER COURT MARRIAGE?
You will receive the following documents after court marriage:
FREE WILL DECLARATION attested by the Magistrate / Justice of Peace.
Two copies of Registered & duly sealed Nikahnama.
NADRA NIKAHNAMA (For Additional Fee)
