Recording Statement U/S 164 CRPC-
It is not necessary that the Magistrate receiving or recording a confession statement should be a Magistrate have jurisdiction in the case. Petition is allowed and judicial magistrate is directed to record the statement of applicant, as every Magistrate shall competent to record statement u/s 164 CrPC not only jurisdictional.

R.B. Holmes 'Randolph Bezzant Holmes' Was A Professional Photographer Who Lived For Over 50 Years In The North-West Frontier Province Of British India.

His Business Was Based In Peshawar From 1918 To 1947. He Travelled Extensively With Both Civil And Military Expeditions In The Himalayas And Central Asia. During The 3rd Afghan War (1919), He Photographed Many Aspects Of The Campaign Including The Terrain And The People's Of The Frontier Areas.

سپریم کورٹ نے عوامی نوکر(public servant) کے عہدے کے ساتھ "صاحب" لفظ استعمال کرنے پر پابندی عائد کردی۔
سپریم کورٹ نے قرار دیا کہ صاحب لفظ استعمال کرنے سے عوامی نوکر کا رتبہ غیر ضروری طور پر بڑھتا ہے جو کہ اس کو دھوکے میں ڈالتا ہے کہ وہ عظیم ہے اور احتساب سے دور رکھنے کا تصور دیتا ہے۔ یہ عوامی مفاد کے خلاف ہے۔

Ibn Khaldun 🇹🇳 (27 May, 1332, Tunisia)
was an Arab sociologist, philosopher, and historian widely acknowledged to be one of the greatest social scientists of the Middle Ages. He is considered by many to be the of historiography, sociology, economics, and demography studies.

He made major contributions in the areas of historiography, sociology, economics, and demography.

He also achieved high political office, serving as Prime Minister of Egypt, and saw active military service.

He is best known for his Muqaddimah (Prolegomena), the first book of his world history that won him an immortal place among historians, sociologists, and philosophers.

Ibn Khaldun also spent nearly two months in the company of Timur, the founder of the Timurid Empire who treated him with respect.

The scholar used his years of accumulated knowledge and wisdom.

He is generally considered the greatest Arab historian as well as the father of sociology and the science of history.
