The bail application in Special Case No. 3256/2023 was filed by Muhammad Sabir and Asmatullah, accused in FIR No. 383/2022 under Sections 6/9-C of the CNS Act.
The court granted post-arrest bail to the applicants/accused on 23.08.2023, subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs. 1,00,000 each and a P.R. bond of the same amount.
