🌴 Cheers to 7 Years! 🎉

Given our busy and hectic schedules, it was such a breath of fresh air to step away for a bit and celebrate our Firm’s 7th anniversary with a summer outing! From beach adventures and boat rides to chill moments and lots of laughter, it was the perfect way to recharge and reconnect as a team.

Php 1 billion) investment in Global Incentive Solutions, the parent company of Giftaway, the Philippines' leading platform for digital rewards, incentives and employee engagement. This strategic investment is set to accelerate Giftaway’s growth and expansion, reinforcing its position in the market.

Weigand & Partners (W&P Law) is proud to have acted as Giftaway’s Philippine transaction, tax and corporate restructuring counsel for this deal. The team was led by Pierre Martin D.
