The 1987 Philippine constitution provides for the 3 branches of our government, maintaining separation of powers and checks and balances.
✅Executive are those agencies who are tasks to implement laws, rules and regulations, like DOH, DSWD, BIR, DOJ, NBI, DILG, DPWH, etc.
✅Legislative are those who legislate and make laws. This is the Senate and the Congress;
✅Judiciary interpret the laws. This is the Supreme court, and all lower courts.
