Job Description:
* Assists in BIR compliance ( and other needed documents)
* Prepare financial reports
* Verify and audit company’s payroll and payment transactions
* Review expense accounts
* Prepare SSS, Phil health, Pag ibig and other monthly contributions
* Perform monthly bank reconciliation and schedules
* Daily preparation and sending of daily cash position
* Responsible in maintaining Journal Voucher
* Assist in the preparation of FS schedule
* Organize and update financial records as needed
* Analyze transaction and prepare reports
* Responsible for the over-all implementation of the accounting operations
* Responsible in the checking of petty cash vouchers, bank checks and debit memos and also conducts regular petty cash count
* Responsible in checking and monitoring the issuance of official receipts, and check payments
* Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
* At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem solver
* Adaptable
* Able to multi-task
* Good team-player
* Must be willing to work in Makati
* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Required language(s): English
