SUPREME COURT v. Chief PAO ACOSTA

As the head of PAO, she takes the lead to be the voice of the institution and strongly pointed out what would be a mockery and danger in representing conflicting interest by Opposing PAO Counsels. She shows power at the same time, grace when it is time to apologize.

I strongly believe that Supreme Court's stand only vouches for the PAO institution as very credible ... Arguments for the Plaintiff/Complainant and Respondent/Accused both to be represented by different PAO Counsels will only show COMPETENCY, TRANSPARENCY, and INTEGRITY!

ALL THESE SC JUSTICES AND CHIEF PAO ACOSTA HAVE THEIR OWN LEGAL WISDOM BATTLING WITH ONE ANOTHER AND THE PURPOSE IS NOT TO WIN BUT TO AID IN SEEKING WHAT IS "MORE" TRUTH AND JUSTICE ... FOR ALL THEY HAVE IN MIND IS TO SERVE WITH FAIRNESS THOSE THAT ARE INDIGENT!!!
