In celebration of the 166th Founding Anniversary and 18th Pagbiagan Festival, guided by the theme “ONE SOLANO. LOVE SOLANO.”, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Nueva Vizcaya Chapter will participate in the Serbisyo Caravan organized by the Local Government Unit of Solano.

As part of this community celebration, the IBP Nueva Vizcaya Chapter will provide FREE LEGAL SERVICES to the constituents of Solano, bringing accessible legal assistance closer to the people.

NATIONWIDE SYNCHRONIZED KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY AND COMMUNITY LEGAL AID ACTIVITY | ⚖️

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Nueva Vizcaya Chapter, in coordination with Barangay District IV, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, will participate in the Nationwide Synchronized Katarungang Pambarangay and Community Legal Aid Activity on September 18, 2026, as part of the IBP’s celebration of Law Month 2026.

The activity aims to bring practical legal education and meaningful legal assistance closer to the community, while promoting greater awareness and understanding of the Katarungang Pambarangay system and other legal remedies relevant to everyday concerns.

As part of the activity, Community Legal Education Lectures will be conducted on the following topics:

⚖️ Katarungang Pambarangay
⚖️ Small Claims Cases
⚖️ Basic Procedures in Filing Complaints
⚖️ Common Civil, Family, Property, and Community Disputes

The activity will also include Free Legal Aid Consultation, where IBP volunteer lawyers will provide legal advice and preliminary assistance to members of the community and, when appropriate, facilitate referrals for further legal assistance.

The IBP Nueva Vizcaya Chapter is grateful to Barangay District IV for its cooperation and support in bringing legal education and access to legal assistance closer to the community.

Through this initiative, we continue to promote legal awareness, accessible dispute resolution, and meaningful access to justice at the grassroots level.

SYNCHRONIZED NATIONWIDE JAIL DECONGESTION | LEGAL AID ACTIVITY ⚖️

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Nueva Vizcaya Chapter, in coordination with the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Jail and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), will participate in the Synchronized Nationwide Jail Decongestion through the conduct of a Legal Aid Activity for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

As part of this initiative, the Chapter will provide free legal consultations, individual case consultations, legal advice, and other legal assistance to PDLs, helping address their legal concerns and ensuring that they have access to meaningful legal support.

The activity underscores the Chapter’s continuing commitment to access to justice and the protection of the rights of persons deprived of liberty, while strengthening collaboration with correctional and custodial institutions in bringing essential legal services closer to those who need them most.

The IBP Nueva Vizcaya Chapter looks forward to working closely with the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Jail and the BJMP in the successful conduct of this meaningful legal aid activity.

In support of the Service Caravan organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – Nueva Vizcaya Field Office, the IBP Nueva Vizcaya Chapter successfully conducted a Free Legal Services activity for workers, their families, and members of the community. The activity provided free legal consultations, legal assistance, and notarial services, reaffirming the Chapter's commitment to making legal services more accessible and responsive to those in need.
