🇵🇦 Panama moves one step further to attract global investors
Panama’s National Assembly has approved Bill No. 299, creating a new incentive for Qualified Investors: a Special Investor Passport.
This new travel document — to be issued by the Panamanian Passport Authority — will be available to permanent residents under the Qualified Investor program and their dependents. It does not replace a regular passport or grant nationality, but it serves as an additional benefit that reinforces Panama’s position as a secure, stable, and business-friendly hub for investment and residence.
