A Garnishee Order (interim) were obtained by the Plaintiff using a Judgment In Default (JID) obtained against the Defendant.
Subsequently, the Defendant’s account were garnished and monies were earmarked in anticipation of GO (interim) to be made final after show cause (to the surprise of the Defendant).
The Defendant were not able to use the monies that came into their account as the Bank is complying with the GO(interim),they were unable to operate daily smoothly.
The Defendant appointed Team SKP to assist them in solving this legal dilemma.
We were successful in setting aside the Judgment In Default that was obtained against the Defendant and the Court also ordered that the GO (interim) to be cancelled/removed.
The Defendant now able to retrieve the earmarked monies.
A big applause to our litigators for successfully setting aside both the JID and GO.
