Krishna Iyer Clinic for Legal Aid at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) & the Panchayat Resolution Centre (PRC). This year as well, ZEUS Law Associates supported KOIPA (Korean Intellectual Property Protection Agency) in organising the seminar and panel on “Anti-Counterfeiting and IP Protection for Korean Brands in India 2026” in Delhi, India.

The firm was represented by our Senior Partner Jayshree Chandra, Partner, Yeshi Rinchhen, Managing Associate Shrutika Misra, and Associate Diya Banerjee, at the event.

Ms. Shrutika Misra also gave a presentation on the “Prevention & Remedies against Counterfeit Products in India” and moderated a panel discussion with dignitaries and officials from various departments of the Government of India, including the Delhi Police, CGPDTM and Customs.

The seminar facilitated dialogue and discussion on recent anti-counterfeiting cases through case studies and understanding the legal mechanism behind it.
