In general, buyers need to have a minimum deposit of 10% of the purchase price under the Loan to Value (LTV) limit.

However, the Loan to Income (LTI) limit also applies, and if the amount you need to borrow exceeds your LTI (which is based on the amount you earn), you'll need a larger deposit. πŸ’Έ

Remember, once you sign the contract and pay the deposit, it is non-refundable. πŸ“
