Full review: I contacted Victoria earlier this week for a personal appointment regarding a housing matter. She scheduled a teams meeting to accommodate my needs and was extremely professional throughout. Her advice took in to consideration my circumstances, personal needs and time frames and I left the teams call feeling much better about my issue. Victoria provided a number of options which included full assistance or part and gave me details of costs involved so I could go away and make a fully informed decision. has been wonderful. We always appreciate the amazing people in our team, who take exceptional care of our clients. But this was an opportunity to mark it officially!

We started with a healthy breakfast buffet, then enjoyed a treat of coffees, and also lunchtime walks by the River Tees in (mostly) sunshine. These are things that we do regularly, and will continue to do, but this week was a lovely opportunity to show you behind the scenes.

Our people are key to everything that we do and we hope they have all enjoyed the week - as they should!
