7 years of Kurl Legal.
7 years ago today, Kurl Legal was incorporated. It started with a small vision, no blueprint, no guarantees and no clear roadmap. Just a desire to help people, build something unique and create a career that was both meaningful and fulfilling.
Looking back at how far we’ve come, I feel incredibly proud of what we have built.
In the last 7 years, we have upgraded our office 3
times, watched part-time staff grow into full-time team members and pillars of the business, won numerous awards, and earned over 250 reviews across different platforms.
Kurl Legal became a brand, a reputation and a reflection of everything I believe in and in building this business, I have also built myself. Kurl Legal has shaped me as a person in ways I could never have imagined.
Of course, the journey hasn't always been easy.
There have been times when we've struggled to keep up, faced difficult situations, and questioned how we would navigate certain challenges. But through it all, we have remained committed to our work ethic, our morals and our values.
There have been countless moments when we have gone above and beyond our professional duties because, sometimes, humanity has to come before business.
I come from very humble beginnings. There were plenty of moments when I had no idea whether the life I envisioned for myself was even possible.
But if these 7 years have taught me anything, it is this: Where you start does NOT determine where you end up.
You can grow a business, serve people with integrity and achieve success without compromising your values, cutting corners, or taking advantage of the very people who trust you.
You can build something meaningful and profitable while still doing the right thing.
That has always mattered to me and it always will.
To the Kurl Legal team: thank you for standing beside me, for showing up when it matters, for going above and beyond and for being the pillars that keep this business standing tall. None of this would be possible without you.
And to every client who has trusted us, recommended us, left us a review, or played a part in our journey, thank you for believing in us.
7 years ago, I had a vision. Today, I have a brand, a team, a reputation, and a business that I am incredibly proud of.
Seven years down. Still growing. Still learning. Still building and still doing it our way.
