We’re pleased to introduce Victoria Walsh, our experienced Family & Litigation Solicitor. Victoria advises clients on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation separations, prenuptial agreements, employment contracts, and litigation matters, providing practical and supportive guidance every step of the way.

Known for her approachable nature, compassion, and efficiency, Victoria is committed to helping clients feel reassured and supported during what can often be difficult and emotional situations. Outside the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, along with being actively involved in her local church community. Her passion for law stems from a desire to use her negotiation skills to help people through challenging times with confidence and clarity.

Meet the Team 👋

Iain is a Trainee Solicitor in our Agricultural and Commercial Conveyancing department. He graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has since completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC).

Iain works on a range of matters including property transactions, land transactions, and leases. He was drawn to this area of law for its complex and challenging nature, and enjoys helping clients navigate every stage of the process.

Outside of work, Iain enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Peak District, and taking part in a variety of sports.
