After the leak Curaçao operators have to decide: stay or move? Many Curaçao licensees are there because an adviser set it up that way years ago.
We think operators stay either because they don’t know how to work under more efficient options, or their lawyers are happy to charge for more work . Anjouan, Tobique, Tuvalu and Nevis don't require a local office, cost less to run, and issue licences in weeks rather than months. Which one fits depends on where your audience is and how they pay.
Moving doesn't mean starting over. Your site keeps running under the current licence until go-live. Players keep their balances and settings, domains keep their search rankings, and most payment methods move with you. PSP re-onboarding takes the longest, so we start it the same week we file the new application. Before the old company closes, we settle open obligations, including player claims, so the move holds up if anyone looks at it later.
Rikk has secured more than 140 licences across jurisdictions for over 100 operators. We handle the entire move: new company formation, licensing, payment agent, PSPs, and both regulators. For owners who want privacy, we also provide nominee service, with full disclosure to regulators and banks.
