Following Government advice, we are setting out the following plan for our clients in the current circumstances regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19:

We will continue to work on all outstanding matters and take on new clients, but first appointments are strictly by telephone only during this time.

Although, we would like to encourage all clients to use 'electronic contact' some may feel its unavoidable to come in and see us.

CLIENT NOTICE - IMPORTANT MESSAGE - AS OF 18/03/2020

Following Government advice, we are setting out the following plan for our clients in the current circumstances regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19:

• Matter queries – if you can please attempt to use telephone or email as a first means of contact, please try not to attend at the office without prior notification.

• Face to face consultations or first appointments – these whether pre-booked will be replaced with telephone or video conferences, we will use a home visit if absolutely necessary, but we would prefer not to use this method. We will be in touch to re-arrange these.

• Documents that require our attention – Please use scan and email where possible. If not please drop them in before we open at 8.45am or after Office hours 5.30pm.

We will aim to respond to changes in government policy and apologies for any inconvenience caused by the above measures.

We would be grateful for your cooperation during these unprecedented times.
