We are proud to share that the BBC has featured one of our most significant recent cases. Our resident expert on actions against the police, Iain Gould, recently spoke to the BBC regarding the case of our client, Dimitri Moses.

Dimitri was wrongfully Tasered by officers while trying to leave a situation in Nottingham, an action that resulted in a fractured spine and a long road to recovery. After a difficult legal process, we were able to secure a £30,000 settlement for Dimitri.

This case highlights the vital need for transparency and accountability when the state misuses its power. A huge thank you to Dimitri for his bravery in sharing his story, and to Iain for his relentless dedication to civil rights.
