Fixed-term tenancies have officially come to an end.

All agreements have now changed to to periodic tenancies.
What does this mean?

🏡For tenants, it brings more flexibility and removes the pressure of fixed end dates.

🏢 For landlords, it means tenancy management becomes more ongoing, with possession requiring formal legal grounds.

This is one of the bigger shifts with the new Renters’ Rights Act changes. Adding a greater emphasis on communication, processes and proactive management on both sides.

🎾 What a way to end the week…

On Friday, we hosted our first Corporate Charity Padel Tournament in aid of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity - and it definitely surpassed our expectations.

With the support of local businesses, partners and our team, we were able to raise an incredible £5,910!💚💙

We’re really proud to host an event that raises money directly for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity and the amazing work they do supporting people with cancer across Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond.

A big thank you to everyone who donated, supported and took part, we definitely saw some competitive sides come out on the day!

And a special shout-out to our Play for Change winners, Benn Carson and Austen Mirner from Seed Skills Limited, a great performance 👏
