📣 Introducing our next speaker for Mediate 2026: Janice Lee!

We’re delighted to welcome Janice Lee to our speaker line-up.

Janice is a coach, supervisor and mediator with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and ILM Level 7 qualifications in coaching and supervision. With a background in organisational development and higher education, she brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals, teams and organisations through learning, development, relationships and change.

Her work explores the psychological and relational dynamics that shape our conversations at work and in everyday life — particularly when conversations become difficult.

Janice is the developer of the Four Conversations framework, a practical approach that helps us understand what might be happening beneath the surface of challenging conversations, opening up new possibilities for understanding, connection and constructive change.

With expertise spanning coaching, mediation, psychometrics and workplace psychology, Janice is passionate about helping people build more constructive conversations and stronger relationships.

We’re looking forward to hearing Janice share her insights and experience! 🌟

Delighted to add Laura Kerbey to our list of key speakers for Mediate 2026! She is an author, speaker and specialist education consultant with more than 25 years' experience working with autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, families and professionals. An established expert in autism, ADHD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Laura combines extensive professional expertise with lived experience of neurodivergence, bringing warmth, humour and practical insight to complex and often misunderstood subjects.
