A big thank you to our team who spent last Friday volunteering at our Charity of the Year, Compton Care.

From lending a hand in the gardens to helping out in the shop, it was a fantastic day supporting such an important local charity.

The gardens at the hospice provide a peaceful and tranquil space for patients and their families. It is somewhere they can relax, reflect and spend valuable time together, so it was especially rewarding for the team to play a small part in maintaining such a special environment.

We’re proud to support the incredible work Compton Care does for the local community.

What Is a Prohibited Steps Order?

Disputes about important decisions affecting a child can be difficult and stressful for families. A Prohibited Steps Order is a court order that can be used to prevent an action that is not considered to be in a child’s best interests.

In our latest Family Law blog, we explain what a Prohibited Steps Order is, when it may be needed, how to apply, and what happens if an order is breached. We also cover urgent applications and the key considerations the court will take into account.
