And just like that... the bank holiday is over. 😭☀️

We hope you soaked up every last second of it! Whether you were in the garden, at the beach, or just horizontal on the sofa- you deserved it.

Now we're back, and it's absolutely roasting out there (will we hit 30 again?? 🥵). So here are a few tips from the team at HR Partner Ltd to keep your staff happy and cool this week:

Working as our teams do, in the HR, Health and Safety & Data Safety space, there's a lot of compliance involved.

But HR is about humans, and there often needs to be compassion alongside the compliance.

We do have an EAP clients can sign up to, but for anyone needing therapy and a very confidential and compassionate, person-centred approach, we are really pleased to have partnered with Cath Norris, Counselling and Psychotherapy. Cath holds therapy sessions online, so clients can be relaxed in their own environment whilst still getting the warmth and connection from her, and she's got a wealth of experience dealing with the myriad of issues people can face in life.
