What a week for First Line Family Law! 🥹🩵✨

First, we found out that First Line Family Law had been ranked as a leading firm in the Legal 500, such a huge achievement.

And then, we won Family Law Services of the Year at the 🏆🩵

What makes this so special isn't just the award itself, but the people behind First Line and everything that has gone into getting us here.

A special mention has to go to Sarah ❤️ Sarah has been part of First Line since day one, through all the madness, the challenges, the growth and the amazing moments. She's the person who quietly holds so much together. What a woman! 🥹🩵

And then our amazing Mikaeli went and brought home an award of her own! 🏆❤️ So incredibly well deserved. Mikaeli works tirelessly for her clients, puts her heart into everything she does and brings so much to the firm every single day. Seeing her walk up to collect her award was such a proud moment for everyone. What an absolute superstar! ✨

And of course, a big shoutout to Gaby and Georgia, our newest team members, who were right there celebrating with us. They've already become such a huge part of First Line and we couldn't be happier to have them on this journey. So exciting! 🩵

Behind every award are the people, the hard work, the late nights, the laughter, the occasional chaos and a team who genuinely care about what they do and the families they help.

✨ Some very exciting news from our team! ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to share that we have been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Welsh Law Awards. 🏆

💛 Family Law Services of the Year

This one means such a lot to all of us. Family law is about helping real people and families through what can often be some of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives. To have the care, dedication and hard work of our whole team recognised in this way, alongside some fantastic other incredible firms is so special.

🌟 Practice Manager of the Year – Sarah Griffin

We couldn’t be happier to see Sarah shortlisted. She is such an important part of our firm and does so much behind the scenes to support our team, our clients and everything we do. We already know how brilliant she is, so it’s lovely to see her hard work recognised too!

🌟 Paralegal of the Year – Mikaeli Thomas

We are equally proud of Mikaeli, whose hard work, enthusiasm and commitment have earned her a place on the shortlist. Though Mikaeli is now a Trainee legal executive, the WLA decided to put her forward for the paralegal category of the year award for her outstanding work as they had no category for trainee Legal Executive. This really does show how recognised she is.

We are incredibly proud of the team. Well done 🩵

Thank you to Cansford Labs for a wonderful, informative brunch and learn session this morning. We learnt all about the intricacies of drug and alcohol testing which is big in the world of family law! The pastries were a big hit too ☺️
