AI can draft a convincing letter in 30 seconds. It looks impressive at first, but disputes are won on evidence, clear wording, and legal judgment built over years of experience.
In business disputes, outcomes often come down to evidence, process and timing:
- what was agreed (and what changed later)
- what was recorded (emails, variations, WhatsApps, invoices)
- what notices were required (and whether they were served)
- what your best commercial outcome actually is
AI can give you speed and structure. But it cannot judge which facts matter, what to concede, or when to push. And crucially, it cannot take responsibility for the decisions you make.
