Delighted to officially welcome Phil Neale CIHM and Iain Mantrippe to the ArcAirTech team. 🤝

Both bring decades of experience from across the housing sector, with a brilliant mix of technical, operational, remediation and customer-facing knowledge. Between them, they understand the challenges around damp, and from pretty much every angle.

More importantly, they completely understand what we’re trying to achieve at ArcAirTech — helping housing providers respond better, improve indoor environments and ultimately deliver better outcomes for residents. 🏡

ArcAirTech at the Travis Perkins Hire Innovation Day 2026 ✨

As an approved supplier to Travis Perkins, already supplying a number of branches across their network, the Hire Innovation Day 2026 provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase our technology on a wider scale.

The event brought together teams from across the TP branch network, giving selected suppliers the opportunity to demonstrate their solutions and highlight how they could be adopted more broadly.

For us, it was a great opportunity to show how our technology can be incorporated into the Travis Perkins hire fleet, providing their housing clients with practical access to our solutions as part of their response to damp, mould and indoor air quality challenges. ✅

Last night, we were delighted to be Highly Commended for Best Response to at the ASCP Awards.

Safe to say, the award has already found itself a fairly prominent position on Stand D2. We’re trying to be subtle about it... 🎉

With Awaab’s Law placing greater responsibility on social landlords to investigate and address damp and mould within defined timescales, the sector must look beyond repeated tried and failed solutions and short-term treatments.

Company Founder & Director, Chris Thomas, recently joined Andrew Cameron-Smith from Healthy Homes Hin on the Making Housing Better Podcast. 🎙️

In the episode, they discuss what really is, why it should be understood as a living microorganism rather than simply a cosmetic issue and how can be supported in creating safer, healthier homes for .

The conversation also explores the role of in damp and mould response, including how new technologies can help providers act quickly, protect tenants, better understand the conditions contributing to recurring mould and deliver more meaningful, longer-lasting solutions.

In this short clip, Chris explains how our Portable ARC can get to work immediately, giving housing providers a practical rapid-response tool to help reduce airborne and surface-level contamination while surveys, diagnostics and remedial works are carried out.

By helping to improve the indoor environment quickly, the Portable ARC can buy providers critical time to investigate properly, identify root causes and plan the right remedial action — while supporting tenants to remain safely in their homes wherever appropriate.

This approach supports a more meaningful, evidence-led response: helping providers move beyond costly reactive repairs that may not address the root cause and work towards longer-term solutions that improve outcomes for both tenants and housing teams.

What a brilliant few days at . 🏠

This event feels particularly special to us, as it was at the same show two years ago that our journey into the housing sector really began. Fast-forward to today, and our technology is now being used and trusted by more than 80 housing providers across the UK and Ireland.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared their experiences and took the time to learn more about what we do.

And, of course, thank you to our incredible magician, who kept everyone entertained while helping us demonstrate how our technology works its own kind of “magic” by eliminating mould spores from indoor environments.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, conversations and relationships that continue to shape our journey. 💚
