No legal experience needed. What matters is how you come across on the phone, how carefully you listen, and how consistently you get the details right.

You'll be the first voice many of our clients hear after they decide to pursue a case. That conversation matters — and so does everything you record from it.

You'll be managing onboarding calls for new enquiries, guiding people through what happens next, and making sure every detail is captured correctly from the outset. The information you record at this stage shapes the entire client file — so precision here genuinely matters.
