The A++ Group and A++ USA team were proud to be present at the groundbreaking ceremony of , celebrating the official start of construction in North Bay Village, Miami.

This important milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for a landmark waterfront development created by in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte. Bringing the design philosophy, craftsmanship and innovation of the Pagani universe into residential living for the very first time, the project will feature 70 all-corner residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

A day dedicated to the future of sports venues — where architecture, sustainability and urban regeneration come together.

On June 30th, 2026, A++ Group will take part in “Stadi e centri sportivi di successo”, a hybrid event focused on the design, management and sustainable development of contemporary sports facilities.

Through case studies, project insights and multidisciplinary discussions, the workshop will explore:

Together with , our interior design team joined an exclusive session at the showroom to explore the latest collection, gain deeper insight into the brand’s creative vision, and discover the craftsmanship behind each piece.

Guided by Raffaella Brenna, Senior Interior Desginer at ELIE SAAB Maison, we explored the evolution of the collection, which embraces a more contemporary European aesthetic while remaining true to the Maison’s distinctive identity. This inspiration is reflected even in the collection names, all inspired by Italian culture.

Rooted in the world of haute couture, ELIE SAAB Maison brings a boutique approach to interior design, where every detail can be tailored to the client’s vision—from fabrics and finishes to dimensions and bespoke configurations.

An inspiring day that not only enriched our expertise but also reinforced the partnership between A++ Group and ELIE SAAB Maison. A particularly meaningful collaboration as our team is currently involved in the design and development of several real estate projects, where the brand’s signature elegance is translated into exceptional living experiences.

Because creating extraordinary spaces begins with understanding the vision behind every detail.

Design as a way of shaping contemporary living.

@a2plus_group took part in an exclusive evening hosted by at its London flagship store, celebrating the new collection recently unveiled at Salone del Mobile.

During the event, — Partner and Creative Director of A++ Group and leading LEMA’s art direction — joined design expert for a conversation exploring the relationship between design, materials and the evolving idea of home.

The evening was also honoured by the presence of H.E. Fabio Cassese, Ambassador of Italy to the United Kingdom, whose participation contributed to making the occasion even more meaningful.
