Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, an LTB hearing can feel intimidating if you've never been through one. Here's a quick breakdown:

📋 Before the Hearing:
- Receive your Notice of Hearing with date and time
- Gather all evidence: texts, emails, photos, receipts, lease agreement
- Know which form applies to your case (N4, N5, T2, T6, etc.)

📋 At the Hearing:
- A Member (adjudicator) will hear both sides
- You present your evidence and make your case
- Decisions can be made same-day OR reserved for a later date
