July 2026 brought a noticeable tightening to the GTA resale housing market—home sales dipped by 0.9%, and we saw new listings fall by a significant 17.8%. Condo sales edged down by just 0.1%, while townhome sales overall were down 2.7%; interestingly, there was an 8.7% rise in townhome sales within Toronto itself.
