The acquisition of RE/MAX by Real Brokerage may have only been the beginning.

Now EXP Realty has acquired NextHome out of California, another traditional model Real Estate Brokerage.

What’s interesting is that many of the strictly cloud-based real estate models now appear to be trying create a hybrid between the older traditional models and the new cloud based models.

Wouldn't it be great if there was already a model that took the best of what could based Real Estate brokerages offered and combined it with a strong world wide brand and built a Hybrid to give REALTORS® lower fees, advanced cutting edge technology and the traditional full service support, training and services of a long established brand.
