What Is A Hidden Defect?

Any flaw or defect in a property resulting from inferior design, deterioration, or a construction mistake made prior to sale, whether intentional or not.

1- It also existed at the time of the transaction.

2- Is not apparent in plain site and often cannot be noticed by a simple inspection

3- Affects the quality and value of a property.

4- Prevents the occupant from normal use (or enjoyment) of the property.

5- The buyer does not know about it and could not have reasonably suspected it prior to the transaction

This club lasted through depressions and crises to stay relevant today.

The University Club of Montreal - Le Club Universitaire de Montréal was founded in 1906, as a gathering place for Montreal’s movers and thinkers.

The pertinence of the club and its traditions are again confirmed with virtual meetings, the first of which shall host me as a speaker.
