An Enduring Power of Attorney lets you appoint someone to handle legal and financial matters on your behalf.

A Representation Agreement lets you appoint someone to help with health and personal-care decisions.

Life changes. Sometimes your planning needs another look too.

Marriage, a new home, children, changing family responsibilities, or starting a business can all mean life looks very different from when your documents were first put in place.
