BILL-C4 recently received royal assent. Part of that legislation includes a potential rebate for qualifying individuals on new home purchases as of March 20, 2025.

This is big news for first-time home buyers as this rebate could result in up to $50,000 in savings on a new first home purchase of $1 million.
