Our legal team secures life-changing verdicts and settlements in complex personal injury claims — whether your injury was caused by medical malpractice, a negligent driver, or someone else’s carelessness. We help answer the tough questions: what happened to cause injury to myself or my child? How am I going to pay for the cost of care? In doing so, we have achieved several multi-million dollar set

tlements and verdicts throughout Western Canada. Our areas of success include, but are not limited to, birth injury and cerebral palsy, surgical and orthopedic medical malpractice, and serious ICBC cases.

Today, October 6 is World Cerebral Palsy Day!

Over 10,000 British Columbians have Cerebral Palsy.

This is the date on which we recognize, inform, and educate the world on one of the least understood disabilities. World CP Day brings together people living with cerebral palsy, their families, allies, supporters, and organizations spanning over 100 countries.

The aim is to see a future in which children and adults with cerebral palsy have the same rights, access, and opportunities as anyone else in our society.

As we "paint the town green", please think about how you may support the Cerebral Palsy Association of BC through the giving of your time, talent and or treasure.
