Before becoming a Registered Migration Agent, she spent years in the thick of it, preparing complex cases, working directly with clients and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

She works across a broad range of visas including employer-sponsored, skilled migration, partner, student and visitor visas, and brings a background in both law and human resource management that gives her a genuinely well-rounded understanding of what's behind each application.

If you're looking for someone who is thorough, clear and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome for you, you'll be in great hands with Nathalia. ๐ŸŒŸ

BREAKING for international students with a refused student visa sitting in review.

As of 18 May 2026, the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) decides student visa refusal reviews entirely on the papers โ€” no oral hearing, no video appearance, no chance to explain in person.

โœ… The upside: a 16-month backlog is about to clear. Decisions will land much faster.
โš ๏ธ The catch: you have ONE shot. The written submission you lodge IS the entire case.

What to do this week:
1. Pull your refusal letter and identify the exact reason.
2. Build a written submission that closes every gap.
3. Make your GTE statement, financial evidence, and course progress airtight.

This is the biggest opportunity for stuck student visa cases in years โ€” but it punishes the unprepared.

Dm us if you need help.

Most of my sponsor conversations end with someone saying "no one ever explained that to me." If you're an Australian citizen or PR thinking about sponsoring a partner โ€” these three rules apply for the rest of your life. Save. Forward.

27/05/2026

The most refused partner visa files I saw at the AAT/ART weren't messy. They were too clean. Case officers can tell the difference between a relationship and a portfolio.

Save this. Tag the couple who needs to hear it.

350,000 New Zealand citizens live in Australia. Most still don't know about the direct pathway introduced 1 July 2023.

If you're a 444 visa holder, arrived on or after 26 February 2001, and have lived here for at least 4 years (max 12 months out across the period, max 90 days out in the final year) โ€” you can apply for Australian citizenship DIRECTLY. No PR step.

Children born in Australia to a 444 holder on or after 1 July 2022 are automatically Australian citizens at birth.

This is the biggest pathway change for the Kiwi community in two decades and most are still doing it the old way. Tag the Kiwi who needs to see this.
