Founder, Managing Director, licensed agent, industry advocate, trainer, committee chair... and most importantly, mum of two.

With more than 20 years in the property and strata industry, Nikki founded Rezzi Strata with a simple belief: strata management can be done better.

Since launching Rezzi, she has led the business to become a REIWA Strata Agency of the Year and Strata Manager of the Year winner, while continuing to advocate for better outcomes across the industry through REIWA, UDIA and a range of professional development initiatives.

Nikki’s passion isn’t just managing buildings. It’s helping communities thrive, supporting councils to make informed decisions, and raising the standard of strata management across Western Australia.

And yes, she’s probably still answering emails long after she promised herself she’d stop for the day.

When we launched Rezzi Strata in March 2025, we had a pretty simple vision:

That strata management in WA could be done differently.

More accountable. More responsive. More human.

Twelve months on, the growth has been incredible to watch.

More schemes. More team. More relationships. More trust.

And for that, I’m genuinely proud — and deeply grateful to every client, council member, owner, supplier and supporter who has backed us along the way.

But growth has also stretched us. Some parts came easier than expected. Others have challenged us more than we imagined.

Building something from the ground up while delivering for clients every day asks a lot of a team.
It asks resilience. Adaptability. Patience. A willingness to keep learning in real time.

That part is worth acknowledging too.

I think it’s important to be honest about both sides of growth:
the momentum and the messy middle.

What I’m most proud of isn’t that everything has gone perfectly.

It’s that through every challenge, we’ve stayed clear on who we are, how we work, and what we stand for.
