Think AI knows your consumer rights? Think again.
AI can be a useful starting point for information, but when it comes to consumer law, it doesn't always get it right.
This recent Commissioner’s post from Consumer Protection WA highlights cases they have recently seen cases where AI incorrectly advised consumers they were entitled to refunds, repairs or replacements when Australian Consumer Law did not apply.
