Frank Law is a second-generation law firm based in Parramatta, specialising in corporate and commercial law, focusing on M&A, capital raising and dispute resolution. The focus is practical, value-aligned legal solutions that drive business outcomes.

The practice is now looking for an experienced M&A Lawyer (4+ years PQE) to join its growing Corporate & Commercial team.

As an M&A Lawyer at Frank Law, you’ll work closely with the business' director and clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. You’ll advise SME and lower mid-market clients on complex matters including:

◾Structuring and executing acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures
◾Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents such as sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and disclosure materials
◾Advising on capital raising (equity and debt) transactions
◾Supporting clients through due diligence processes and transaction management
◾Providing strategic commercial advice across the lifecycle of a deal.

And that’s a wrap! Our team have officially shut shop, celebrating with the most mouth-watering meal from Bespoke Catering.

It was the perfect chance to laugh, reflect, and celebrate what’s been an incredible year. We’re now looking forward to some well-earned R&R before returning in the new year.
