πŸŽ‰ Another Round of Employer-Sponsored Visa Grants!

Congratulations to our AMS clients who have recently received their Australian visa grant letters! These successful outcomes cover a range of occupations and regions:

βœ… Aged or Disabled Carer
πŸ“ Approved through the NT DAMA pathway

βœ… ICT Security Specialist
πŸ’» ANZSCO 262112

From community care and information technology to warehousing, candidates from different professional backgrounds may be able to explore employer-sponsored or DAMA pathways based on their qualifications, work experience, English proficiency and work location.

One of the benefits of DAMA is that certain occupations not available through standard employer-sponsored visa pathways may be eligible under a designated regional labour agreement. Some occupations may also receive concessions relating to age, English, work experience or salary requirements.

Eligibility and concessions vary depending on the region, occupation, employer and individual circumstances.

If you are considering:

πŸ”Ή Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa
πŸ”Ή Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa
πŸ”Ή Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme visa
πŸ”Ή A DAMA labour agreement pathway

Contact us for an individual assessment to explore which pathway may be suitable for your occupation and circumstances.

⚠️ These are recent case examples only. Individual circumstances and outcomes vary, and previous results do not guarantee a successful outcome. All applications must meet the relevant requirements, and the final decision is made by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

πŸ”₯ Employer Sponsored places are increasing in 2026–27!

The latest Australian Government Migration Program planning levels show that Employer Sponsored places will increase from 44,000 to 58,040 for the 2026–27 financial year, an increase of around 32%.

This is a strong sign that employer-sponsored migration will continue to play an important role in Australia’s skilled migration program.

For applicants considering pathways such as Subclass 482 to 186, or 186 Direct Entry, this is definitely an update worth watching.

⚠️ Please note: the 58,040 figure applies to the broader Employer Sponsored category, not Subclass 186 alone.
