NEW PARTNER LAWS IMMINENT

As of 17 April 2019, new partner migration laws will be introduced. One of the changes includes that after the above date, you will no longer receive an onshore bridging visa when you apply (the process will be split into two sections).

So if you're able to lodge now, and want to remain onshore, it will be a good idea to get in before the changeover date. If you're unsure, contact us and we will be able to help.
