Joys Memorial Service Notice

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Principal Solicitor Joy, who valiantly battled cancer with unwavering strength and courage but left us on 11 September 2023, surrounded by the love of her family.

She exemplified a rare and beautiful blend of strength, fire, commitment to family, and boundless kindness.

Her commitment to family was the cornerstone of her life. She was the nurturing heart of our home, selflessly devoting herself to the well-being and happiness of her loved ones. Her love knew no bounds, and her presence brought warmth and comfort to everyone she touched.

Joys kindness was legendary. She had an innate ability to brighten the darkest days with her infectious smile and compassionate spirit.

Details regarding her memorial service will be shared in the coming days.

Don’t shed a tear for what we have lost but praise a life that was.

Meet our Principal Solicitor Joy Jadeja.

Joy founded Etto Legal in 2021 and is the Principal.

Joy completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney.

Joy is admitted to practice in The Supreme Court of NSW and is on the High Court of Australia’s Register of Practitioners.

Joy is dedicated to providing clients with excellent outcomes and aims to provide prompt, practical and effective advice to businesses and individuals. She possesses excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complicated areas of the law into simple and understandable terms.

Etto Legal, under her leadership approaches all client's matters with care and understanding and strives to ensure the most favourable outcome.

Joy has been nominated for numerous community and legal industry awards including the 2017 Law Society President’s Award in recognition of her work through the Law Society Pro Bono Scheme and the 2019 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Pro Bono Award Finalist.

Through both the College of Law and the NSW Law Society, Joy has also mentored a number of young solicitors.
