Our Principal Solicitor, Fiona Dernikovic, was invited to attend Julian Leeser MP's roundtable discussion on the 2026 Federal Budget and its impact on Australian families and small businesses.

It was valuable to hear directly from policymakers and contribute to discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing our clients. With many of the budget measures potentially affecting family wealth, succession planning, property transactions, trusts, taxation and business operations, it is important that these conversations include the perspectives of the people and businesses they will impact most.
