The ambulance was donated to Dambudzo clinic by his excellency. But however since the council has no ambulance, they resolved to make it a district ambulance serving all clinics and rural hospitals in the district as well as conveying patients to the Zvishavane district and provincial hospital.

Chirere clinic construction progress
The planned works for use of the devolution funds comprise the following
• Construction of 2x1 semi-detached house -50% complete
• Construction of patience waiting shed -70% complete
• Constructin of ottoway and incinerator-20% complete
• Construction of ablotion facilities. -85% complete
This project was funded by other council funds out of devolution sources
• Chinese embassy facilitated by honourable Mumbengegwi
-they supplied material for clinics two main blocks then council and the community chipped in with construction and labour.
-Runde RDC chipped with 2x1 semi-detached nurses' house.
- community share ownership trust also helps with ablotion facilities.
-the clinic has received funding for fencing from Chinese embassy through honourable Mumbengegwi

Marira clinic was constructed by council and was completed in 2014. To a total of 84 000 USD but its opening was stalled by lack of water as the borehole output in the area was very low to cater for clinic requirements. Council then planned to take water from Mabasa growth point water treatment plant which is 7,9km away by pipeline. the water project also caters for 5 schools, two business centres and 8 villages along the way.
