A great day on the course for a great cause! ⛳

We were delighted to take part in the PROWEB Annual Golf Day 2026, joining fellow professionals and business leaders for a day of networking, camaraderie and giving back.

Thank you to PROWEB for bringing everyone together for an initiative that goes beyond the game, with proceeds supporting women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We were proud to support such a meaningful initiative and look forward to being part of it again next year.

Zimbabwean exporters can now access the Chinese market on a duty-free basis under the China–Zimbabwe Zero-Tariff Early Harvest Arrangements Programme, which took effect on 1 May 2026.

The arrangement covers eligible agricultural products, minerals and value-added manufactured goods, providing preferential market access for qualifying Zimbabwean exports.

The programme strengthens trade opportunities between Zimbabwe and China while supporting the competitiveness of Zimbabwean products in the Chinese market.

Businesses looking to benefit should take note of the covered products and the applicable eligibility and rules-of-origin requirements.

Before You Build the Business, Build the Agreement

Most shareholder disputes don’t start with disagreements about the governance of a company.

They start with seemingly small issues that are ignored:
• Verbal agreements that are not reduced to writing.
• Important decisions repeatedly reaching a deadlock.
• Shareholders being excluded from decision-making.
• Lack of management and financial transparency.
• Different expectations about the future of the business.

By the time lawyers become involved, the relationship may have deteriorated significantly.

The businesses that avoid costly shareholder disputes are usually those that establish clear governance structures and documented agreements before problems arise.
