The General Agriculture and Plantation Workers Union of Zimbabwe (GAPWUZ) hosted and invited NEC Agriculture to participate in the International Women's Day (IWD) Commemoration on 08 March 2026 at Kutsaga Research Institute. The commemoration was held under the United Nations theme, "Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls".

Sugarcane Employers' Associations came in their numbers today to participate in a socialisation programme. NEC Agriculture are highlighting their mandate as well as updating sugarcane employers on the latest flagship projects of the Council, including the S.I. 41 of 2022 translated vernacular versions and Sugarcane Subsector Job Evaluation outcomes codified under S.I. 224 of 2025.
