NEC Tourism Industry Championing Industry Advocacy, promoting fair labour standards & Industrial Harmony through Sound & sustainable collective bargaining.

NEC Tourism is a statutory body formed in accordance with the labour act to:
1. Assist its members in concluding CBAs;
2. Resolve labour disputes through conciliations, hearings, rulings and various adjudications;
3. Facilitate industrial harmony through labour inspections;
4. Enforce compliance with the labour regulations;
5. Advice members on legal procedures on carrying out retrenchments, exemptions, hearings etc

We were pleased to welcome the Director of Labour Administration and Employment Services, Mr C. Vusani, together with the Deputy Director of the Labour Administration Department for Matabeleland South, Ms Grace Kamanga and the Deputy Director of the Labour Administration Department for Bulawayo, Mrs Sandra Afia, to the NEC Tourism and Hospitality stand.
