Shonhai law chambers wishes to heartily welcome its new team member Mr Standa Sani a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, and Notary Public in Zimbabwe, as well as an academic and scholar whose work bridges law, human rights, governance, strategy, and socio-economic development. He holds a Bachelor of Substantive Law (BLS) and a Postgraduate Degree in Procedural Law (BLP) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master in Human Rights, Peace and Development from Africa University, a Master of Technology in Strategy and Innovation from the Harare Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management from Midlands State University. His scholarly contributions span constitutional and land law, transitional justice, and sustainable development, with publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is the author with the following books under his belt, Land, Law & Legacy: Zimbabwe’s Quest for Justice and Reparations and Interrogating Zimbabwe’s Constitutional Obligation to Compensate Former White Commercial Farmers Under the Second Republic, alongside articles on climate resilience, digital frugal innovation, refugee governance, and municipal solid waste management among others. His love and quest for academic research will edify our practice of law.
