Our Promise to You
We, at the Argyle Apartments give and stand by a promise for every reservation made. We will always hold your reserved room until 4pm on the day of arrival. If you guarantee by paying for one night’s accommodation you will have an “all night guaranteed reservation” and we will keep the room all night, unless you cancel by 4pm on the day of arrival. * We have a wide variety of local take-away available to you Antonios Short Stop Diner, Chicken Hut, Chicken Slice, Gavas, KFC Belgravia, Kowlee Foods, La Pizzeria, Pizza Inn, Salivator's Mexican Cuisine and XO Takeaway
* The Avondale and Kensington shops are within 400 meters of Argyle Apartments. Most of the supermarkets like Bon Marche Avondale, Food Lover's Market Avondale, Pick n Pay Avondale and Kensington Spar are open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. * Check in Time is from 12:00 noon, payment upon entry. We ask for 50% Security Deposit refundable on check-out.
* Each apartment has an itemised inventory list. We ask that if any items are missing that you kindly notify the office. In the event of any breakages we ask you to notify the office and we can come to an amicable agreement for the breakages.
* Each apartment is equipped with a TV with limited DSTV channels, should your TV be not working, please notify the office / guards on duty and they will attend to it timeously. We Kindly ask that you refrain from touching any buttons or switches.
* Check-out time is 10am, we ask that you respect the time to avoid being disturbed by the maid-service.
* We ask you turn-off that all electrical outlets, lights, appliances and the stove at the wall socket.
* Should you wish to extend your stay, we kindly that you notify the office / guard on duty 12 hours before or latest 8:00 am on your final day.
* Check-out procedure - this is down yourself and a guard on duty to ensure all is in order. Upon completion please visit the office for your deposit refund.
* We try to maintain a quiet atmosphere in and around the apartments and respectfully ask for no rowdy parties.
* We ask that all outside visitors leave by 09:00 pm.
