Good morning ! We continue to appreciate the women in LAB in this women s month.

Sandra Ndele is a conscientious and professional Personal Assistant with extensive experience in administration, PA and Secretarial roles. A highly organized and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to LAB duties has yielded excellent results.
She joined Legal Aid Board in 2008 as a Secretary in the Central Province and later progressed to Secretary to the Deputy Director in 2023. In 2025 she was promoted to Personal Assistant to the Director.

Sandra holds a certificate in Secretarial Studies, Diploma in Public Administration, and Degree in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration.
Sandra is a Member of Zambia Institute of Secretarial (ZIS).

Mary Nyirenda is an accounts assistant who joined the legal Aid Board in February 2021 at Mongu office.
She is an accounting technician of the Zambia institute of chartered accountants and she also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting and finance from chalimbana university. She is currently stationed at legal Aid Board Choma office.

As we continue to appreciate the women in Legal Aid Board, we turn the spotlight on Josephine Kandele who joined Legal Aid Board in 2015 as an office assistant at Lusaka. Ethel Inonge Banda is an experienced and compassionate Lawyer with 16+ years of experience having been called to the Bar in July 2009. Ethel holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors from the University of Northampton; England. She joined the Legal Aid Board in December 2011. Well-versed in principles of criminal law, family law and civil litigation; specializing in high-stakes employment related matters, land disputes, marital and children’s disputes and dispute resolution. With proven track record of successfully representing clients in court, developing legal strategies and drafting and negotiating contracts. Ethel has a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes in court, including managing complex trials and depositions. Her advocacy skills especially in criminal trials ranks up top with some of the best in the Country. She is a firm believer in giving every client who walks through the office regardless of their gender, social standing 150% effort in her representation.

Mulenga Siwale Tembo joined legal Aid Board in 2021 as an office assistant for chipata office, she has a diploma in business administration which she obtained at NIPA 2014 and 2024 she obtained a Bachelors degree at the University of Lusaka graduating with a credit.
She is currently working as an Accounts Assistant in mongu. she is a member of ZICA and currently pursuing ZICA CA Zambia.

She joined the organisation in 2010 as an Accounts Assistant at the Kabwe office and has since grown through the ranks to her current position as Assistant Management Accountant at Headquarters. Her career reflects a strong commitment to professional development, culminating in her attainment of the CA(Z) professional qualification in 2023.
